The solution seems to be smaller chunks, and a spline, but I have not tried it yet. Can you post a sample of your vrayfur/grass? I have never used VRay Fur, so anything would be a first.
Didn't this work for you? It was in an earlier thread.
I have requested a landscape plan, but I haven't received one yet. There are 3 of these on the site, one next to the other, but I only have plans for the one.
The proportions of the design look off.... It's rather a medium size home that wants to be a mansion.
That's a design issue with the windows. they are Not Good. there's very litte brick showing around the frames, either the windows are far too big or the house is too small for those windows. they also need to be narrower if they're going to be that high - old manors had windows in a 3:1 height to width ratio, maybe 2:1 but they were narrow.
even when it's built it'll look badly scaled and awkward in person.
this house looks huge in comparison - and it's because you see a lot of brick and the windows are full height and narrow. there's also much less frame detail. basically all the features need room to breathe, and the ones on bobbys house are crammed together super tight. doesnt matter if they're bigger, they're going to look smaller because of the relationship.
this isnt your issue bobby, i'm just having a go at the 'architect'
I know Bobby that is not your issue but even if you have the most realistic rendering it will look weird for the reasons that Neilg posted and because the garage is attached.
Some low resolution updates. These will have gates, with built in mailboxes, but I am waiting on the information. Also, I am waiting for landscape plan.
A solution might be to change the view angle a little so there is less garage, more frontage of the house. Personally, I'd be looking at that as an option.
I'm sure an arch viz photographer in real life would hide that garage as much as possible. As always, good work glorybound.
