These went easy, so far. I started and got them to this point in the same day. I sent then to the client, however, I haven't heard back yet.

Cook them for more time...Under my experience is not that good send stuffs that fast.
-this one is simple but if you have a complex one, they are going to expect the same time frame
-somebody could start making numbers and think that they are over paying for your services.

On this one, I sat on it for two weeks and I finally had to just get it done for the first round of reviews. Believe me, I didn't tell them it took a day.

Thank you! Yes, I always allow 10% for new stuff, but usually end up spending more. I have learned that high quality assets is extremely important. I did get feedback on these and I'll update the over the next couple days.

Kitchen update. I noticed my wall tile starts on 1/2 a run..crap! I'll have to fix that.

I would either pull the lights up or shift your camera so that the top of the cabinet bites into the glass and the one on the left isn't sitting on top of the handles. Is there any under mount lighting at the cabinets? A nice wash back there would help. The biggest thing that jumps out to me is the pile of dishes on the island..... I'm not sure what narrative that cluster suggests
