    Yes, as long as your clients agree with that then the work you do is always worth more than the hours it took to produce.

        The way I write my offers these days is to describe the part of the job (for example importing model, modelling, cameras and lighting, ect) with the amount of hours and the hourly rate. Then clients can see where the money goes and can easily understand that if you need x hours for a certain aspect. Especially if they consider how many hours they need for their own work.

          I give them a single amount per still. I have never charged more than I quote and from what they tell me, that's refreshing. Most people I do work for come from someplace else. Apparently, there is always a reason for the other guy to charge more. I might make more money If I keep adding on, but it doesn't make for a good relationship. My contract puts a cap on changes, so we have an understanding up front. Usually, if they change things more than they should, they ask for more changes, offering to pay more. Typically, I make the extra changes and I don't charge.
