I asked for the CAD files and he said that he doesn't have them; he fired his architect. Hmmm.... I don't know why

Well, architecture aside, the images look nice. A couple things I noticed - mulch seems to be floating, storefront metal edges on the gray building seem to be glowing, and the tiled wood pattern on the white building has a pretty obvious tiling pattern. Love the detail in the carport.

You know, I noticed those two things, but I forgot to touch it up.

Out of curiosity, what's causing the glowing edges around the metal door/window frames? Was that intentional?

That, I'll have to fix; I am not sure what's causing it. I'll have to render it again, so I'll wait for client feedback.

Nice renderings! But my god.... that is some god awful design work. Some architects just aren't even trying anymore...

the roads and parking lots you always show look a little too heavy handed imo - i get the look you're going for but what you're conveying is the natural result of slight undulation from traffic pressure over time which is why the roads and parking lots in your renderings always jump out to me as being disconnected from the fresh new architecture being placed on or near your go to asphalt shader.

Gotcha! I need to work on a dry pavement that looks good.
