hey RErender, hope she can wait a bit longer... maybe forever? hmm.... she'll see...

Ok Guys. I just wanted to say that the Torero is rendering now. I made some final adjustments to the motion (facial) and added the last details. It's rendering in 720p HDTV and uses pretty much every Bell and Whistle Vray can handle. (damn i have no caustics yet!!!... ) Rendertime is around 15mins per frame.
In the last days i came across several VrayBugs too. Most had to do with Displacement/Rendertime Subd's. So hopefully they will be all fixed in the next public build.
Right now i'm working on the second location of the film. I'd love to show you a WIP but it will destroy the surprise. So please just stay tuned - i will post the final Peace when it's ready.

Here's a final (untouched) Frame of the first Sequence:

It's the same guy who mixed the sounds for the Griesgram. This time however he'll have much more to do. I'm not sure if he will do the Music or if i can take something already composed. I'm aiming for spanish guitar with castagnettes. ( )
Ouch! Spanish guitar and castagnettes..... That's way out of the torero's scene! 'Spanish guitar' is often the outsider's name for Flamenco Guitar, and flamenco and bullfighting are different worlds. Castagnettes are used in classical Spanish ballet music and so on. Paso Doble is the kind of music used for bullfights, with lots of wind instruments.

(I am a professional classical and flamenco guitarist and composer, also have a few very famous torero-friends. Not looking for work, enough to do)

Hehe, ok... yes that's the Problem when one goes for a certain topic without informing that much. Thanks for the heads up. What i was looking for was Music in the style of some work of Ottmar Liebert. I don't care too much if it fit's to the topic a 100%. It's just that i like the Music and i think it fits from the Feeling.

On a Sidenote. The bugs in Vray are fixed now and it's rendering. Although the rendering phase was nothing but trouble until now. (Not only Vray's fault)

Interesting you mention that name..... I met Otmar many years ago when he came to study with Paco Peña in Cordoba. He's a good guitarist!
