Dell 30" LCD monitor

There were some strong issues with the 30" when they first came out.. revision A00 had some fairly strong brightness issues, then the A01 was released to fix alot of the brightness problems, and they are now on the A02 I believe. So we shall see when I get it.

Then again they use different panels for the 30's than they use for the 24's. Most of what I read seems to suggest that atleast the 30's use the same panels.

Plus the new one has a much improved backlighting system so if this one is a problem I will certainly upgrade next year

But alas, it must remain boxed for another 23 days. Kind of a raw deal, but a deals a deal.

There are plenty of good reviews out there, if you google for dell 3007wfp review you will get more than you fair share of images.

We insisted to have (at least) the A01 revision, coz we were also known to the A00-issue below.



We got the A02 revision i believe.
