        Well, that part is under NDA... But it would be naive to assume that the question has not come up

          Thank god it wasn't Chaosgroup!!

          Since Arnold is owned by Autodesk now, I wonder what will happen with the non-autodesk plugins? C4D, Houdini, etc.?

            Vlado now I am really curious about all the stuff you probably know about

            @Moriah

            The non autodesk plugins will still be supported.
            Cheers,
            Oliver

                Okay let me rephrase that: The non autodesk plugins will still be supported but most likely not long-term.
                Cheers,

                        So I guess the new ART Renderer is not Arnold ?
                        What about Mental Ray and Iray. Are they kicked out in 2017 ?

                          A little pressure on Chaosgroup a great engine as Arnold will be good. Competition is always healthy, while respecting the opponent.

                          Best for everyone ...
                          The important thing is to innovate and improve the product.

                          Vlado, What do you think about competing with Arnold?

                              Arnold has the function of noise reduction algorithm you're developing? (The same goal of reducing noise)
