Bobby, that gave me quite a shock! But then if you read the first sentence - it seems to me it is in relation to their ability to provide and maintain their service. Further down they have various language about protecting your content. Just saying - yes the legalese is bad, but you may be reading too much into it.

We did the 'compare study' for these kind of services (going rendering cloud services instead of growing the internal rendering capacities), and as other users on the forum, are working with a lot of projects with NDA.
There is no cloud rendering service, to this date, that can assure you full protection of your data. So your data could be used for something else.
Even if they are not using the images for publicity and other, they still can use them. Part of the deal when using the service...
