I did ask and they said you can buy it ... no demo .... would you trust a product like a GI renderer without first trying it ? ...yeah i'll have 2 please
It seems that you have to choose a render time rather than a quality. The render result after 5 minutes is visible in the image. Note that this is a 320 x 200 image!
Preorder, yeah right
You can contact StudioGijs for 3D visualization and 3D modeling related services and on-site training.
yeah sounds like its time = quality dependant ... did you see ..... 5m 28s of 2h .... 5 mins @ that quality what you see there ... ! .. for 5 mins its very grainy .. so how long do those images take in there gallery ? 2 day's ?

yeah that is pretty funny......after 5mins and it still looks sooo grainy.....I can't imaging waiting 2 hours for a square table w/ a few objects on it.....no glossies/ refractions/ caustics....etc......hehehehehe :P
I think we're switching to maxwell guys :P ......can't affort to loose such an opportunity.......I'm sure our clients woun't mind waiting half a week for an interior render of a simple room......and maybe a whole week if we add glossy reflections :P
and offcourse...no need to try it first...that screenshot conviced me....
i think you guys missunderstand the maxwell purpose. i believe (and i can be wrong) they target people who GOT the power to compute highly accurate images, exactly like for reaflow. it's a good thing to see someone pushing mlt to the market so that we can see it at work
