Hi there

Im new with max and vray and have a question about the values of
VrayLightMtl.




As you an see the VrayLightMtl value is set to 5000 that it has about the effect i want.
Why do i need such high values?
I get this antialaising failures around the light materials. Probabla because of my high values.

How can i fix this?

I've seen a few people post about this and there is no simple fix for it.

maybe just do 2 passes. 1 at your current settings and one at a very low light value so that you don't need to clamp the colors of the vfb which should be a value of 1 for the light material.

hmm. you should update to the most recent version also you should send an email to chaod group letting them give you full forum access as a registered owner of vray
