Hi again posted for some work in progress criticism on the CG architect site so might be able to get settings from there.

My situation has changed some what though, am using vray lights from windows and photometric spots, but my render times are huge.

Took over eight hours to get to where i am below, can anyone offer alternative settings/method

the AVI is 22 meg, large i know but the quality is good.
