about the 360degree camera you can set the type you want in the "parameters" panel.

    About the "physical" option.
I don't think that enable it you have a longer rendertime. The "physical" option is related to the tonemapping of the image where you can control image brightness/contrast using real values for ISO, shutter speed and so on.

Anyway I never tried a comparison...

For my shop rendering (and its logo signs) I use a vray2sidedMTL for the external shell and a vraylightMTL as lightsource inside...

thanks bardo, i have another question, what settings should be in render chanel element, that I will get linear reflection map file that could work correctly in open gl programs, or PBR shading system. there are 5 options in side meniu in vray manual, there is explaned just 3, so maybe i should experimenting with those settings?

did you check with a simple cube object?

if it's a Vray problem it should appear also with a default cube...if not probably is related to your shader/model.

Did you try to modify the shading smoothness? Try to switch to "Flat" instead of "Smooth" (or AutoSmooth) and check if it's ok..

These are the only suggestions I'm able to give you because in general I'm not a bake expert...
