    Hi yones,

Is the camera that you are rendering leveled? (from looking at the horizon instead of up, you can achieved that by pressing 'X' key to level the camera) Can you try to level the camera and try to render the image again?

    Best regards,
    Alexander

I ran into that too. Did you have to make sure your target was level or did you place a free camera?

          Hi Luma3d,

Your camera has to be leveled (using the 'X' shortcut) so that the spherical output looks correct. A free camera will not solve that issue unless it is leveled/horizontal as well.

              Hi.

I want to 360 render, but the first frame is 360, the other frames are perspective. Is there a solution to this? thank you.

                Hi amir_asgari ,

Sorry for the late reply. This seam is caused by the AI denoiser. Can you try and render the panorama without the denoiser enabled? This should fix the black seam. I will log it in as an issue and we will investigate it further for a fix.

                Hi mehmet_yiit ,

Sorry for the late reply. There is a bug when 'Render animation using Chaos Vantage, using Vantage UI' when in Live Link. The first frame is always rendered as the specified camera type while the subsequent are reverted to Perspective. I have logged it and we will try to fix it in the next or release.

                Best regards,
                Alexander

I reported it two years ago and the problem still exists. Please don't forget to fix it. The Nvidia Denoiser is a nice tool, but ... .

                    Hi Micha,

Have you tried with the Intel Open Image Denoise instead of the NVidia one?

                    Best regards,

No, not tried yet and I hope it works. I know that the V-Ray denoiser works. Only it would be nice if the Nvidia denoiser could be fixed for this issue too.

This problem has been brought up on the forum a couple of times but we don't have a scene to reproduce it with. If you can share a simple scene where the Nvidia denoiser produces a seam, it would be helpful in the future when testing if new versions of the denoiser have solved this issue.

npg Here is a stripped down project file - it was a train interior. It's a Rhino3D file, but I also saved the scene as OBJ, maybe it's easier for you to check. Simple white environment, Cuda mode, progressive, noise limit 0.05, Nvidia denoiser.

Here how it looks at Rhino. Good luck.

I'm still unable to reproduce this. What viewer are you using, is it the VFB panorama mode or something else? What is the render resolution? What is the nvidia driver?

The scene also looks a bit different for me, when I import the .obj file (I don't have Rhino). I should get a matching result if I have a vrscene+vantage file that is used for creating an original render.

npg This is the VFB panorama mode, but I get the black stripe at every viewer. The resolution is 2000x1000 but I get the stripe at higher resolution too. The driver is 536.40. Attached a vrscene file. I don't know how to save a vantage file. I could open a support ticket and the support team could read the Rhino file.
