Trying to get hold of support via phone but no one is picking up. All our licenses have vanished from our account, the billing invoices still exist but we cant work on any of our projects with no licenses.
Everytime I try to load the active products or licenses page it gets an error or says we have no active products. How can I get in touch with someone to help sort this ASAP?
