licenses missing from account

  • licenses missing from account

    Trying to get hold of support via phone but no one is picking up. All our licenses have vanished from our account, the billing invoices still exist but we cant work on any of our projects with no licenses.

    Everytime I try to load the active products or licenses page it gets an error or says we have no active products. How can I get in touch with someone to help sort this ASAP?

        looks like during your recent website update our licenses have been moved to different accounts than where they should be so our license server lost all the products

          Hi, I too seem to be having the same issue. Can someone contact me directly from support please? I do have a ticket open - 114212 but have not received a response yet AND when I tried to call on the phone, no-one answers.

              I have exactly the same problem. The premium licenses disappeared from my account in the middle of the day. I have opened 2 support tickets, but nothing changes, and I can't do any work. Their phone IVR is also not working.
