Unable to sign in to license server

Hello,

My Internet is working fine but chaos license is unable to sign in. It says "no internet connection available", Even if my internet is working fine.
You can see an error in an image. I am unable to sign to chaos license server.

PC is connected to Internet directly through router. License work on my other pc but not on this pc where I want to use it.
