You can try also "Surface Level" value, this is in Rendering tab. By default is set to 0.5, but if you use 0.3 this will expand the existing mesh. /there is no need to simulate your animation again, when you change this value/

yes I have tried that which sort of works but is limited by the value.

the value of 1 in the temperature is confusing me.
By default it is set to 2000 (K). Also I did some test, with value of 1 and 4000, which didn't affect the liquid at all.

Are we all talking about the temperature setting in the source?

for some legacy reasons, the liquid is simulated and exported in the same channel as the temperature. we will remove any temperature/liquid confusions from the UI in the future release, but for now you just have to get used to control the liquid by the temperature value, and the liquid must be 1. better send us the scene, i hope we will find better solution, this is not a good choice to use increased liquid density.

The scene was attached at the beginning of this thread.

The confusing part is that when creating liquid, by default the value for the temperature is 2000K. Should this change automatically to 1?
Also as mentioned, changing the value doesn't have any effect on the liquid.
