    Hello,
    i'm not sure if this is the correct place to post about this problem.
    I have a smoke sim in VDB from houdini. With Vray next loaded in a VrayGrid (maya201, set to Volumetric, i can see the light select passes only if i render in progressive mode. if i switch to bucket, the vfb shows the lightselect passes all divided in a grid (see attach), and if i render in bucket mode on the render nodes, the lightselect passes are complitly empty - black.

    Hello,

    Use Volumetric Geometry mode and disable the "Use Light Cache" option in the Rendering > Volumetric options > Smoke color in the VRayVolumeGrid parameters. This way it should render correctly.
