So if I understand you correct, right now the interaction between the liquid and glass is correct when use mesh?

the mesh is ok, now the rendering seems ok, if you want you can try the latest nightly. still trying to simulate with extremely high conservation in order to have natural underwater bubbles, but if this is not possible, the foam particles are good enough______________________________________________

I can loose the weird yellow stuff, if I move the sim to a clean scene. I have no idea what it is and i have seen it before. Usually when i'm working in a scene, update phoenix and resim. Then in mesh-mode it gives that result.
Overall it looks a lot better now.

i think i have idea what is it. phoenix creates hidden objects that represent the particles, in order to use the convenient 3dsmax automation like unde/redo, save in file, UI, etc. sometimes (not clear how) the scenes get broken and these objects may start represent the liquid mesh instead the particles______________________________________________

I did an animation of it, overall it is better. But it gives me a couple of frames with lines in them...
