It's not on the v-ray bar, it's on the menu bar at the top of max.
Where "file" and "edit" reside, all the way to the right.Lele

If it's not there, you can try hitting the "V-Ray menu registration" button in the V-Ray toolbar.
If it was that easy, it would have already been done
