Vray6 beta crashes after opening the material editor

Am I reading this correctly? So you installed pirated software and are now asking the company you essentially stole from to help you clean up your mistakes?

Opps.Hope you don't get the wrong, this is a PC shared with many people. i am starting to learn vray and i am legally licensed to activate it.

3ds max 2019 last service pack also crashing when open material editor (simple one) that advanced (slate) doesnt crash

Similarly - if you can share a crash dump - it would help us identify the issue.

thanks, if you uninstall previous version + remove all old files then it will fix crashing material editor 2019 last sp.. thanks

Use Everything to search the path where your Vray and MAX are located to remove the file with the Vray name and reinstall it to solve the problem.
