The official build have a lot of bug (1 year !). Why the official build is not the stable build ?

It's a tedious process to release a build officially on the site; that's why I can't do it as often as I like. On the other hand though, we have the nightlies available.

Yes, I got it - I understand your problem; I myself would love to see the service pack released as soon as possible and we are working hard on it.
