Hello,

I would like to share with you our new software "ReFaMo". After almost 2years, it is now a complete commercial package.

We have developed a software in order to Monitor and Control any Cluster or RenderFarm that is running under Windows (32bit & 64bit), Linux or Mac OS!

looks cool, but as this isn't 'specifically' about vray, it really doesn't belong in this section of the forum.

BTW, what kind of network traffic overhead is required to monitor these kinds of things?

Hello,

The network traffic required is minimum. Does not affect your work flow - you will not notice any slowdown whatsoever. You can easily monitor all these from a normal internet connection. You might notice a small slow down with a dial-up connection but still updates almost real time.

yes... you can.

No need to use RealVNC. That is one of the main reasons we made the software.
For example, you see a PC that is not rendering (for various reasons, such as Mem Load, Disk swapping etc) you simply click the ip address and you are there.

As far as the Vista (32bit and 64bit) question. I do not think there is any problem at all. I have to double check that with various machines 32bit and 64bit and reply to you.

does this have to be installed on all machines ? do you have to run a server on each machine as a service? as a monitoring software i do feel its a little expensive, but i wil take a look at the demo, thanks..

Copy the "ReFaMo Node.exe" to your Startup directory and run it. This will enable auto startup
