I don't have access to the nightly builds, but could really use the GGX shader. When can we expect it to make it into the official builds?

It goes in spurts for me. Really fast some days and then really slow on others. I know they are reworking a LOT of the site and trying to improve the speed for all. I'm a couple of lessons behind at this point, so I'm not too concerned, yet. I wish I could find more of this "free time" I keep hearing about!

The website speed varies a lot for me also. Thou, I just got some down time and I am glad to be finally catching up with some of the lessons. Good stuff!

I opened Grants latest scene and there are these elements that I can't seem to find where they came from. You see the elements in the VFB, but not in the elements list. These VFB elements are masks of the brightest part of your scene, which are very useful. how did he do that?

Alright guys! I've finished up Mastering V-Ray, 22 hours of content later!
Sorry I haven't had time to stay involved in this thread but I just wanted to thank all of you for the invaluable support you have offered me on here and throughout the course!
It ended up taking a bit longer than expected but I also got out a ton more content than I thought I would!
Now that the material workflow has changed, I'm glad I didn't invest too much time going down the wrong path but my brother and I are working on rebuilding the entire site to include a material library for you guys.
I think it's about time that there was a central location for photoreal and optimised materials!
