    • As a one man studio with 8 render nodes, I am a little disappointed with the upgrade render node situation. I guess it's just one of those just sit down and take it kind of things. I don't like it, but being so invested in a workflow (efficiency) it will be hard to change in the midst of a busy season... I do wish they would make provisions for existing customers (I started with 1.5) and start the new model with all new customers coming in. Just griping, but I'm but I'm sure I'll end up upgrading at some point.

      • Not sure if this has been covered but if I have 2 workstation licenses. Can I send a render from one workstation to render on both for DR or animation? Or do I need to purchase an additional render node?

          With those two workstation licenses, you can use any two machines to render at the same time.
