    If the proxies are a big part of the scene, about 30% speed improvement. This will get slightly better for the next updates too. ForestPro and MultiScatter will need to be recompiled with the new SDK to take advantage of that improvement. The guys at Itoo made a build for us and it seemed to get a nice speed boost.

      You mention this so casually.... usually I read this stuff as "with very specific setups we measured a speed improvement of 1,1% - 1,55%".
      Software:
      Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
      3ds Max 2016 SP4
      V-Ray Adv 3.60.04


      Hardware:
      Intel Core i7-4930K @ 3.40 GHz
      NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (4096MB RAM)
      64GB RAM

          Any chances of adding a bitmap slot to the VrayScatterVolume mtl? Just to tint the shader, nothing too complex... That would be REALLY usefull! =)

                Just wanted to say that I really appreciate your guys' hard work. I love what I do, and even dream about it. So when you guys come out with updates it's like Christmas to me. Thanks a lot!
