        I really like psdmanager, I have a few clients that won't contract out unless the artist has it. Two thumbs up from me. Looking forward to 2017 version.

            The renders get heavily altered even after my post revisions and the retouchers are photographers and 2D artists in many cases, so they like to have a standard when it comes to file delivery. That's actually how I heard of it in the first place, I'm a big fan now.

                    psd-manager has the Match Render Output Filename option specifically for tools such as Batch Render, network rendering and other scripts. This way psd-manager can pickup whatever filename is set in the main 3ds max render dialog - it just changes file extension to PSD/PSB. If you want to only output a PSD and not something else like EXR/PNG there is also file format .xxx available you can insert there (this will not produce any .xxx files - acts just as a placeholder).
