Are you doing print stuff deflix? You can use the built in vrimg2exr utility to convert, especially if it's only a few renders.

there is a tool that comes with vray called vrimg2exr converter that converts the vrimgs to exrs and spits out the passes, as far as i know you can use pro exr in ae or photoshop to read them in.Dmitry Vinnik
