Would it be possible to send the scene to support at chaosgroup.com so we could investigate further? When you do please make sure to mention this thread and the V-Ray version that you are using.

When you get to it please send it over. It will be difficult to troubleshoot the issue without it.

You can look for smoothing group issues, coplanar faces - the usual suspects when dealing with booleans. Could also be a GI issue when you're using low IR settings.
          Software:
          Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
          3ds Max 2016 SP4
          V-Ray Adv 3.60.04

          Hardware:
          Intel Core i7-4930K @ 3.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (4096MB RAM)
          64GB RAM

          DxDiag

actually i didn't use boolean in this case, i just import the sketchup file given by my client into 3ds max.

You render with IrrMap ? if so, I'd go for unsufficient IrrMap sampling. In such cases, I usually uncheck Use IrrMap option in the problematic objects' material settings.
