when we update teh script we first delete the v25 folder in blender-install-dir>/<blender-version>/scripts/io

right? then we copy/paste the new updated folder?

does mesh light work in the new update?

on my computer it doesnt start the render when i use mesh light

yes it is - just check if set light material intensity larger than 0.00

yes whenchanging emitter type from material to mesh light vray dsoesnt render at all - it can be probably bug.
I thing bdancer will fix this after 14th (he is probably on conference right now),

there was a thread abut using emiters - probaably in wip section - check this out maybe there is already solution
