Hi,
ok, i have a hardware setup as follows :-
pc win 7 (main machine) and a macbook pro (acting as vray slave) - maya 2012 - V-Ray: V-Ray for Maya version 2.40.02 from May 14 2014, 15:55:48
[2014/Jul/16|14:07:47] V-Ray: V-Ray core version is 2.00.02
I'm working on an under water scene, which renders just fine when rendering a single frame in VFB, but when I set of a batch render using a .bat file i get these discrepancies between the render regions , please see images ,
on the batch render the first few frame that are output seem ok but then after that the discrepancies start to appear.
the caustics are false , i'm using a spotlight with an image sequence applied, the image sequence is only 16 frames and repeated throughout the animation. (seamlessly tiled image sequence)
any help would be appreciated
regards
ignuf
