ohh Cool! that awesome to see this coming!

just wondering if every one is on similar page as for one of the main use for this is for making Custom fresnel (for)???? that my main reason for it.

If so the one thing iv always wanted in this is curve expression similar no nuke and shake. its a really useful for creating some nice effects!

kinda wished it was like nuke Curve editor actually!

The Phoenix guys are actually coding their own curve control for Maya; maybe we can reuse this for the Falloff map when it's ready.

      Best regards,

I agree. I rather wait to get a better curve control GUI than getting the current point-based curve control in Maya, which is without tangent control. It's quite some noodling to get a smooth curve and tweaking it is time consuming...
        always curious...

Yes Curve control (tangent) (basier) is extremely important also ability to break the tangent so it can be dead flat on one side and we can add in curve on the other .... Or keep them combined linear etc like animation editor...

By the way Vlado where can i find the current option you have made available ? saw the image you posted, some thing for now is better then nothing....

Also where can i download the nightly builds dont know where they exist.

              Regards

Totally, Vlado. That will be awesome with this level of flexibility and controls.

Also being able to separate RGB curves and visualize in the same window would be very useful indeed.

yes pleas, if you add cured expression to that and we have a winner. there use to be a option in the master controller to offset rgb in y and x not sure how pepole feel about that one, i wonder how that would translate in nuke.

Just installed Vray 3.3 with all excitement for the new falloff texture... well sadly the mix curve does not have the brazier handles as vlado did screen cap for phoenix i think... just the standard old maya curve thing Am I missing some thing?
