    I think this may be an old request, but could not find anythinghere. And I also think (and hope to be wrong) this may be more of a limitation of Rhino, but I really wish we have better preview of the material in a Rhino shaded viewport.
    Currently it does show the Diffuse map or the Binding texture, but if the diffuse is a brick shader, or tile, even if it is only a color corrected bitmap, we can't see the effects in the viewport.

    Having this kind of feedback, would make material creation a much simpler process, without having to use RT render to guess what noise values should I use, for example.

    Thank you for your suggestion, Edson! This is a popular request we regularly receive.
    For the time being we cannot offer a direct solution for viewport display of V-Ray procedural textures.
    The dev team is exploring different approaches to this limitation. I'm afraid it is all I can share at this point.

      Thanks for the consideration Peter!
      I have been playing with Blender recently, and the viewport feedback makes material creation such a fluid process.
      Hope you guys find a solution!
