vray freezing during interactive rendering

So please could you do the same switching off these two settings and try and say what's on your side?

I just gave it a go. Unchecked both 'create backup' and 'autosave' and ran interactive rendering for probably over an hour and did not have any crashes. It seems that you may have found the culprit. Thanks!

Thanks for taking a part. Yes, me too. I'm just right now having some test interactive rendering and me too not getting any crashes with autosave option disabled. But I also noticed that if I'm trying to save manually my project in a process of interactive rendering the issue goes back. So probably there is something wrong with saving process during Vray interactive rendering. And I can say that freezing doesn't appears at once I press "save" button. It appears sometime later. But surely there is some problem with the saving process @Zahari.Ivanov

So could you please too try to saving your project manually during interactive rendering and then do some manipulations you are generally do to wait if the bug appears again?

Unfortunately, some time later I get the issue back even I was not saving the project manually and still have "autosave" SU option switched off. But It became some less often even though. ChaousGroup support you have to investigate the problem. It's very weak that you can't let the log file show all the issues appeared during the working process. After that, I can't even suppose what else makes your VFB freezing during interactive rendering. If anybody else gets the same please submit this topic and please say about that. Let us make Chaosgroup and Trimble (if need) solve this serious problem. If we'll only look for messages and don't pay attention to it we'll not be having our working process best!

@Zahari.Ivanov There are some errors appears in log files from here C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\logs. Maybe this somehow could be the reason?
