I would like to render a "wooden" model, but keep the textures, so I use the Overwrite option.

This gives me an issue, as the terrain textues has a different texture scale, than the houses. I'm sure that is because the terrain has a texture added as with projected texture.

Does anyone know of there is a way to fix this, so the buildings and terrain would look alike, without having to remove to textures?

Just Sample Paint material from house and reapply to ground.

Oops...I didn't realize you were using the Material Override feature.

I would simply make a copy of the terrain in another layer and apply the wood texture to that copy.
