I need help with this material, I want someone that have the 3dmax and export this material that is on the web for free, convert and post here or in the vismat for sketchup, is grass in high quality used Vray fur:

Hi, Iam downloading some vismat file from the official download site of asgvis for SU, but aN "INVALID ASGVIS VISMAT FILE" error message always appear after i import them to my material editor. WHat am I doing wrong? or should I do some conversion before using them? please help.

hey you probably have an older version of vray... you can update for free

If you go to www.asgvis.com, click Support at the top, and then click the product you would like to update on the left navigation menu, it will take you to a page that will allow you to download the latest version of that product.

886 materials pack - vismat formats

the only thing is that they are not organized well, and some of them as fireworks probably won't be useful, but still here's the link

I dont have max , time ago I downloaded asgvis mat studio but exe was corrupted ...

Can you convert some carpaint mats ( but not those reflective ones wich looks like christmass balls ) ?
Some glowing , rubber and sci-fi mats`ll works for me also

Guys if you get invalid file format error means you are using old version you need to upgrade.These materials are for the new one Thanks.

I have a small question. I try use a vismat download from asgvis, and they came with a jpg, where should load the jpg so they give me the correct effect?.....

The material is this:

Steel Brushed FJ

It come with 2 files one vismat and one jpg...

You should put jpeg under bump.I guess if i am wrong somebody correct me please

Other material you want it to be convert is not full material 3d max giving error so you need to find different one.
