    Re: MADO setting

I'm not familiar with those settings, but the missing shadows can be caused by many things.
What kind of lightning are you using?
    Did you used Physical Camera?

Also, it could be the time of day which your scene is set to. I've seen a few people ask similar question where it turned out the sun was located at around noon and the shadows where nearly invisible due to that.
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

Definitely, there are lot's of reasons that can cause shadows invisible. And by the question asked here there's just not enough info to figure out what's the issue.

i used phisycal camera, usually when i set up my own setting (with no physical camera, default light on)it can produce the shadow, but when i used the MADO setting (which i download from download section) i can't see the shadow

                    No problem.
I rendered the scene without changing any settings.
                    the shadows appear just fine.

It's a known issue in the original release of vfsu. Every time you change SU's sun location you need manually update Vray's sun. Just go to Environment>GI>Sun>press the 'default' button and reapply the default setting (witch are Su's sun Location).
