Ok, so when I make an animation I follow these steps. Is there anything I am missing?

Change mode to Incremental Add to Current Map
    Clear your current map
Set your map to be saved
In Global Switches enable Don't Render Final Image
Make sure Batch Render under Global Switches is enabled
    Check animation

Yes, Sketchup Man, that was really uncalled for. That kind of response is nothing but trolling.

Regarding the frame rate - if you use Distributed Rendering, then there's a bug you need to work around:
          Set VfSU FPS to 1
Set the SU's transition time between frames to be total second * FPS (example, a three second transition between scenes at 25FPS would be 3 * 25 - giving you a 75s transition time in SU.

If you don't use DR - then you can ignore that.

LOL the internet is serious business.

Sorry for the Hack Edit Dudeman, you had it coming. Although I appreciate your sentiment, we are not always here and that can be frustrating when you need an answer, no point in everyone getting all angry about it though.

ThomThom is not only right but awesome. BTW has anyone played around with PDplayer? I have only had a few mins to use it but I already love it.
