Where are IPR settings? How to use IPR?

Hi all
when launching IPR rendering reolution and rendering window is constantly changing wich is really annoying.
Vray help talks about "IPR settings" tab in the render_setting/VRay tab but I cant see it.
I see some VFB settings in the render window menu but I cant find any solution in it...

Anybody helps with using the IPR properly please?

It looks like "Fit resolution to VFB" unchecked solved my problem, thanks.
