different results between RT CPU and GPU

The texture blurring is probably because of the "Rescale textures for GPU" option and turning it off should make things closer.

For the strange darkening at the window - I'm not sure, it would be best to get us a scene to support@chaosgroup.com

Try going to texture bitmap setting and setting up texture blur from 1.0 to something like 0.001

Actually these are ignored on the GPU.
