3ds max crash every time i try to create a vray Plane!

Hi all, 3ds max crash every time i try to create a vray Plane! Even a new clean file.
I’m using vray 6 update1 with max2022, I tried to do it in max2023 and it gets the same error!

Any idea? Thanks

Hello,

When Max crashes it creates a crash dump 3dsmax_minidump.dmp in your temp folder. Can you attach one such dump here ?

minidump attached. empty scene just clicked on VRayPlane :slight_smile:

I noticed other builds have been added since your post. If I get a chance in the next days should I just download the latest?

Yep, latest would do. Also we’ve updated the official ones on our site - you can download them too.

I updated Vray right now with the last version from your site, max2023 only for now, it’s fine! Problem solved! Thank you for your support!
