We have a subscription to the cloud credits, but bringing new people on, they do not have access to that pool. What do we have to do to get these guys access to the credit pool?
There is a new section on my.chaos.com for managing credit access
https://my.chaos.com/organization/credits
That lets you choose the quotas that users can have from a shared credit pool.
We have 2000 available and when I click the link it says 0
You probably have the old credits, which are for the Chaos Cloud only. For the AI enhancer, you need the new Chaos Credits.
