Hi all,
I’m experiencing a frustrating issue that seems common when using Enscape with Archicad and would appreciate any insights or again try to make some admin/support more aware of this problem.
Every time I create a new view, or save a new Visual Settings preset from the visual Settings menu, Enscape starts cycling through multiple archicad 3D views automatically. This causes significant loading time and interrupts the workflow—especially in large, detailed models. It is extremely unstable. It seems like Enscape is trying to refresh or reapply settings for each view?
All general live settings are obviously off:
-Geometry export is off
-Synchronize views is off
-Live updates are off
-Archicad and Enscape are updated
Any help or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
I have the same problem. Is there anything we can do? It is truly impossible to work like this.
Same here. I notice your comments were posted 5 months ago. Is there anyone in the support team that can shed some light on this issue? Greatly appreciated.
I think I just solved it. This was happening on Mac and PC. What was in common was the project.
The project had too many views saved. It seems that was the trigger. It was so bad that the 3D view in Archicad and Enscape changed every 2 o 3 seconds. Even closing Enscape didn’t work.
I erased all saved views and started from scratch. It’s working flawlessly
I also had the same issue recently. A large group of architects lost hours of work waiting for this freeze, until we deleted all the views.
It would be very much appreciated if someone from Enscape could fix this issue.
The problem for this is the favorite views inside Enscape, that red heart on the view management. Every time you edit a view to Favorites, it goes to the top group and it loads them once you change for another view. No need to delete all the views, just unfavorite them and it works!
