Hello,

I am new to this forum and just wanted to try the escape trial but:

I have just installed the Enscape trial version for Mac - Archicad.

As soon as I want to place an object from the Enscape library, I receive a bug report and Archicad closes.

I use Archicad 26.

My Computer:

MacBook Pro mit Apple M1 Max Chip, 10‑Core CPU und 32‑Core GPU - Space Grau

Does anyone have a similar problem? Thank you for your help and kind regards,

Hey @snud_Katharina , we have just released a new version of Enscape for Mac, would you mind updating and checking if that resolves the issue?

thank you very much for your answer.

I just downloaded enscape today for the first time, so unfortunately it is the new version. It is the trial, if this makes any difference.

Is there anything else I could try?

This should not be tied to using your trial time at all, so please ideally also submit us a feedback report via the dedicated Feedback button as detailed here:

Afterward we’ll be able to check out your log files especially in order to troubleshoot the exact cause behind this.

I experience the same problem when I try to place objects from Asset Library. Have it also reported by feedback button in Enscape.
