I have been using enscape for just about a week now. The artificial lights from enscape’s asset library when placed in Revit 2022 get defaulted to Planting family in Revit. I tried changing it but to no avail. This was a problem with both enscape 3.0 and 3.1. Revit’s default lights are also not working on enscape, but they do work when rendering in revit. Please help me out.
All Enscape Library Assets are category Planting Families.
Well, Thanks for clarifying that. But the lights still don’t turn on at night time in enscape. Any suggestions?
Nest the Shared Enscape asset into a Revit lighting family template (make sure to select the “Shared” option in the Enscape asset family). Then add Revit light source(s). Load the lighting family into Revit. It’ll schedule as a Lighting category and illuminate in low light conditions.
