I’ve searched the threads and can’t seem to find a solution to the problem. I’ve downloaded 4k HDRI images from Enscape as well as from PolyHaven and the all illegible. I used a Theta SC2 camera and the resolution of the image, once it is imported, is also very very blurry.
I’ve updated my graphics card driver and have the latest Enscape build 3.3.1
Please help.

Right away, which GPU / graphics card is built into your machine, and does your machine generally meet our System Requirements as well? Does it make a difference if you try a lower resolution panorama, 2k for example (free examples can be found here: https://polyhaven.com/hdris)?

I have a Dell Precision 5820 tower
The GPU is an AMD Radeon ™ Pro WX 7100 with 8gb of VRAM
The CPU is an Intel Xeon W-2102 2.9 GHz 4 Cores + 32gb of RAM
For some reason it is working better this morning. No idea why. I didn’t restart the computer, but did restart Revit. Any idea why the resolution on the three images would be so different? I realize why the 2k image would be lower, but I’m not sure how the Google Street View is so clear while the Theta HDR image is still low.
