You can either acquire a fixed or floating seat yearly license, the fixed has to be deactivated (revoked) from the first machine, to then activate Enscape on the second computer. The floating license on the other hand allows you to simply close Enscape when you don’t need it anymore, and then use it on the second machine, since the floating license can also be activated on as many machines as you want.
Is there any problem happening right now with the licenses? I´m getting nothing from the support regarding Case Number 00792606.
Already over 24h without accessing my paid for license. Can someone from the Enscape Team please help me out resetting my license?

There weren’t any issue that we are aware of - if your license becomes unusable again, even though you haven’t activated the key on a different machine, let me know and we’ll further investigate.
