Need to release 2 licenses on 2 desktop that are no more working

I need assistance for this problem, we are stuck and can’t work …

In the company, we have 5 computers with SketchUp Pro and Enscape.

So, we have 5 Enscape Fixed License Yearly.

Last weekend, we had to make a fresh install on 2 of our Desktop in the company.

Unfortunately, the person that wipe the desktop and re-install everything, didn’t make the Deactivate Enscape License on each computer before deleting everything.

Now, when I’m trying to activate the license on these 2 desktops, the software say that I have reach the maximum seat…

So please we need that someone release these 2 licenses that are on machine that doesn’t exist anymore.
