I bougth a professional licence, but at the activation time appeared a message :
“impossible validate licence because is not conected to the server, comprovate internet conexion”
i m conected to internet, maybe could be another thing but i dont know how to resolve it

Is there any chance you may connect to the internet via a proxy? Or perhaps the (company) firewall itself may not allow Enscape to connect to our licensing servers.
