I have an ati 7970 and tried both the lastest 2 drivers, 12.10 & 12.11. No matter what when I set it to openCL, it still keeps rendering with cpu only. How can I get this to work?
I read that people were getting the 7970 to work with RT…
Made sure your scene is actually fitting into the GPU RAM? It might be too large and simply falling back to CPU-only. I’ve only ever used RT once ages ago so no idea if this is still the case.
